As part of our project teams, you'll play a pivotal role in developing the next generation of eBike displays, controls, and sensors. You'll gain insights into how robust, innovative, and cost-effective products are rapidly brought to market, significantly influencing their design.
Your responsibilities will include:
- 3D design, drawings, and specifications for components—from initial requirements through to series production—allowing you to experience the complete product lifecycle.
- Translating requirements into technical specifications, developing components in an international team, and ensuring a design that meets performance criteria through collaboration with simulation and validation teams.
- Deepening your knowledge of development tools (FMEA, DRBFM, form and position tolerances), displays, hardware integration, and plastics technology.
- Coordinating design packages, managing interfaces, and presenting your results in development committees. You'll be an active member of problem-solving teams, learning how successful collaboration works within an international team.
- Collaborating with international suppliers to align designs and manufacturing processes while understanding the challenges of global development and production.
