As a Principal Advisor – Compensation and Career Architecture at Ubisoft, you will be instrumental in localizing and embedding our recently introduced corporate career architecture framework. Serving as a trusted expert, you will connect global strategies with local operations, ensuring equitable, consistent, and sustainable HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert and point of contact for local teams and corporate partners regarding career architecture.
  • Collaborate closely with Compensation, Human Resources, and HR Information Systems teams.
  • Shape discussions and decisions surrounding career architecture, role definition, and career pathways.
  • Design, execute, and document local career architecture processes.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of career data in HR systems in partnership with HRIS teams.
  • Oversee the career lifecycle, including creation, updates, archiving, and employee alignment.
  • Conduct impact analyses focusing on pay equity, market alignment, and organizational coherence.
  • Advise leadership and HR partners on career classification and evaluation methodologies.
  • Support governance and calibration processes to promote uniform decision-making.
