Five to seven years of experience in Oracle EBS platform support, including at least two years with Windows Operating System. Additional education, certifications, or experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree. Oracle certifications are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support for Oracle E-Business Suite (12.1.3) in both Production and SDLC lower environments. This includes:
    • Handling Standard Requests
    • Facilitating Code Migration
    • Performing Configuration and Personalization
    • Configuring Concurrent Manager
    • Executing Oracle E-Business Patch Management for both DB and Application Tiers
    • Troubleshooting and enhancing system performance
    • Conducting system troubleshooting
    • Managing user provisioning
    • Executing standard maintenance tasks
    • Ensuring backup/restore integrity using Oracle RMAN and Commvault
    • Applying patches to the Windows Operating System
  • Oversee disaster recovery operations, including testing and enhancements
  • Manage Cloning and Data Sharing processes, including:
    • Refreshing SDLC environments (both planned and emergency)
    • Executing encrypted data extracts for vendor exchanges
    • Creating a yearly database for the Controller’s Office
    • Generating monthly full application clones for reporting purposes
    • Maintaining Oracle Cloud EBS data integration
  • Configure and maintain audit data capture as required
  • Conduct research and documentation
  • Collaborate and coordinate with customers and fellow DBAs
  • Perform other duties related to the Oracle platform as assigned
