Position Overview We are actively seeking a Senior Responsible AI Manager, a pivotal role that merges AI technology with legal and regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen to develop responsible AI frameworks, governance tools, and educational materials, ensuring SeekOut remains at the forefront of a rapidly changing AI regulatory environment. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure that SeekOut’s AI solutions are responsibly developed and deployed, equipping clients with the necessary documentation and assurance. Key Responsibilities Design and implement SeekOut’s responsible AI framework, incorporating bias testing protocols, model documentation, fairness metrics, and audit trails. Oversee the Warden AI audit platform: set up dashboards, produce compliance reports, and create training materials for both internal and external stakeholders. Craft customer-facing AI governance documents, including transparency reports and explainability materials.
