Role Overview

The Principal Client Services Project Manager, CX, leads the delivery of sophisticated, enterprise-scale AI and GenAI programs. This position shapes and executes delivery strategies for large, multi-workstream initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals from project kickoff through adoption. The role manages executive relationships, oversees risk, and mentors both project managers and cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

  • Direct delivery of enterprise AI, GenAI, and software programs, serving as the senior partner for executive-level customer engagements.
  • Oversee delivery plans, governance structures, resource allocation, and issue resolution for complex projects.
  • Guide teams spanning technical, product, engineering, data science, and AI/ML specialties.
  • Facilitate executive presentations and lead steering committee meetings.
  • Mentor and develop project and program managers.
  • Shape project prioritization and roadmap strategy.
  • Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities across multiple teams.
  • Manage full lifecycle delivery of AI and GenAI programs.
  • Apply hands-on experience with conversational AI, large language models (LLMs), natural language understanding (NLU), and automation technologies.
  • Assess AI model performance, data readiness, and track key performance indicators.
  • Conduct quality evaluations and prompt engineering.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies for AI safety, governance, and compliance.
  • Optimize operational costs related to AI and ML initiatives.
