As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will be a key player in a vibrant team operating in a fast-paced environment, focused on helping clients navigate complex challenges and achieve outstanding results. This role requires a self-motivated individual who excels in executing successful implementations and maximizing the potential of our ServiceNow platform. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative ServiceNow solutions to enhance operations and elevate user experiences across the organization. Your in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow functionalities and best practices will enable you to create tailored solutions that address specific business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow technical and consulting services across various modules, including HRSD, SPM, CSM, and FSM.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and customizations.
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to the development team, ensuring day-to-day guidance.
  • Maintain adherence to best practices and standards during the development and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to uphold the quality of deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues associated with ServiceNow implementations.
  • Keep abreast of the latest ServiceNow features and industry developments.
  • Assist in the recruitment, selection, and management of contractors and vendors.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including scoping, pricing, and product demonstrations as necessary.
