What We’re Seeking
We are in search of an experienced technical principal, engineering manager, or lead engineer who is passionate about modern engineering practices and committed to empowering clients through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.
As a technical principal, you will ensure delivery excellence for our clients, cultivating solid relationships as a trusted strategic advisor. Internally, you will enhance team morale, provide constructive feedback, and oversee staffing needs for engagements, typically managing a team of 4-8 members ranging from Associate Engineers to Tech Leads.
