What You Will Do: Design and implement innovative signal processing and machine learning techniques to address complex radar and RF sensing as well as counter-sensing challenges. Collaborate with diverse teams to integrate cutting-edge capabilities into prototype systems. Who You Are: U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a Top Secret security clearance. Possess a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. Have 5-7+ years of relevant industry experience, depending on your degree (BS +7 years or MS +5 years). Demonstrated experience in two or more of the following areas: RF/radar signal processing, optimization, waveform design, electronic warfare, machine learning, adaptive signal processing, AI/ML algorithm development, algorithm test & evaluation, model & simulation, systems engineering, test engineering, radar modeling, or RF systems prototyping. Proficient in one or more scientific or mathematical programming languages, such as MATLAB, Python, or C/C++. Possess strong mathematical, troubleshooting, written, and verbal communication skills. Even Better: Possession of an active Security Clearance is preferred.
