We are looking for a visionary Principal / Lead Wireless Communications System Architect to spearhead the architectural design of sophisticated wireless and multi-antenna systems. This is a pivotal role where you will be the primary technical liaison with customer teams, lead system modeling and performance evaluations, drive key architectural decisions across mixed-signal and digital subsystems, and establish system-level specifications that will guide silicon implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Shape the architecture for next-gen multi-antenna and SDR-based communication platforms, influencing product strategies and defining long-term roadmaps.
Customer Engagement: Take charge of technical interactions with strategic clients, presenting system trade-offs, negotiating performance metrics, and coordinating joint integration strategies.
System Modeling: Develop and sustain MATLAB and analytical models that encapsulate the entire signal chain, including channel modeling, noise allocation, SNR budgeting, and the interplay of RF non-linearities.
Specification Development: Create detailed block-level specifications for digital baseband, calibration engines, and RF interfacing elements, ensuring clarity on architectural rationale across teams.
Cross-Domain Integration: Foster alignment between digital architecture, signal processing algorithms, and mixed-signal circuit selections, driving decisions on ADC/DAC dynamic range.
