Your Role

As a Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will collaborate with a talented team while managing your own projects. Your responsibilities will include both conceptual and detailed design work adhering to the highest standards, while ensuring exceptional client service.

You will be integral to a team renowned for its technical delivery and deep commitment to client care. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Critical Systems projects, representing Ramboll while managing engineers from complementary disciplines.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision on all technical aspects of your discipline, leveraging specialized experience relevant to the role.
  • Execute both conceptual and detailed designs, overseeing the work of others in this area.
  • Inspire confidence in both internal teams and clients to enhance and nurture relationships.
  • Manage project timelines effectively to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate team efforts to ensure adherence to all deadlines and appropriately allocate resources.
  • Possess a keen interest in or experience with digital and parametric design tools.
  • Innovate and develop complex technical solutions tailored to project requirements.
  • Collaborate with fellow disciplines both internally and externally.
  • Develop energy-efficient and low-carbon solutions aimed at achieving net-zero targets.
  • Spatially and technically coordinate MEP solutions.
