As a Principal Nuclear Project Planner, you will be instrumental in fostering planning excellence across significant nuclear new build, decommissioning, and infrastructure projects , ensuring that each day presents new challenges and opportunities.

With ongoing expansion in our nuclear portfolio, we are on the lookout for a motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented professional to support prominent projects while enhancing our planning capabilities and standards. This position is crucial for optimizing program performance, improving reporting quality, and advancing our application of digital planning tools, particularly Primavera P6.

We are seeking an exceptional individual with substantial, recent experience in Primavera P6 within highly regulated environments. Candidates should possess expertise in crafting and sustaining fully logic-linked schedules, conducting critical path analysis, managing baselines, and supporting Earned Value Management (EVM). Experience in integrating cost and risk data, performing schedule assurance reviews, and supporting NEC contract requirements will be highly valued.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

As a Principal Nuclear Project Planner, your responsibilities will include:

Planning & Scheduling

  • Developing and maintaining fully logic-linked, resource-loaded schedules in Primavera P6.
  • Creating integrated Level 1–4 schedules that comply with program controls standards.
  • Establishing Work Breakdown Structures and coding structures that meet client reporting requirements.
  • Developing baseline schedules and managing change control processes.
  • Conducting schedule risk analysis and supporting quantitative risk assessments.
