Overview of the Role
As a key member of the China Leadership team, reporting directly to the China Managing Director, you will help shape the strategic direction and execution of our Operational Excellence goals in China. Your focus will be on identifying strategic business opportunities and delivering excellence to both new and existing clients at the C-suite level, achieving targeted annual revenue and implementing growth strategies.
In your role as the OpEx Practice Lead, you will have the chance to revolutionize how leading companies in our focus industries operate, enhancing their productivity while ensuring the safety of their workforce and the environment. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy in steering the success of the OpEx practice across China, leading top-tier, cross-functional teams to deliver transformational improvements based on industry-specific insights.
What Will You Do?
- Lead the strategic planning for our OpEx practice, continuously expanding a diversified engagement pipeline within target accounts.
- Enhance client relationships to position dss+ as a trusted partner.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, innovating our approach to complex consulting engagements to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations.
