Role Overview
The Principal Platform Adoption Specialist joins the Platform & Ecosystem Success team to help customers achieve strong results with Anaplan. This remote role is based in Phoenix or elsewhere in the United States. The focus is on supporting customers as they adopt Anaplan, ensuring they receive the enablement and guidance needed to get the most from their investment.
What You Will Do
- Act as a strategic technical advisor to customers, helping them unlock the full value of the Anaplan platform.
- Drive customer success by increasing platform adoption, enhancing user enablement, and minimizing churn.
- Support renewals and identify opportunities for future growth.
- Stay current on platform updates and communicate new features to customers.
- Develop data-driven strategies to address adoption gaps.
- Share best practices and provide feedback to influence product development.
