Role overview
The Principal Product Manager - Mobile will guide Ebury’s transition from custom mobile solutions to a unified, scalable product platform. This position plays a key role as Ebury adopts a platform-centric approach, focusing on building shared infrastructure to improve operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver strong client experiences across all channels.
Why mobile is important at Ebury
Mobile technology forms the backbone for essential Ebury functions, including payment approvals, multi-factor authentication, and secure client communications. Currently, these services rely on specialized engineering and tailored implementations. Ebury is now investing in a true mobile product platform, so teams can deliver secure mobile experiences more quickly and consistently.
In the near term, mobile will continue to support vital workflows like authentication and approvals. Over time, it is expected to become a primary channel for strategic initiatives, such as offline authentication, regulatory processes (including periodic reviews and RFIs), and serving clients through indirect or partner channels.
What you will do
- Set and lead the vision for Ebury’s mobile platform, determining how mobile is designed, expanded, and scaled.
- Identify which mobile features should be developed once and reused across teams, and define integration with Ebury’s broader platform ecosystem.
- Turn the mobile vision into a detailed, actionable roadmap that addresses immediate priorities alongside foundational platform work.
- Oversee the mobile platform strategy from concept to execution, ensuring urgent needs align with long-term objectives and available resources.
Requirements
This senior role suits someone who enjoys working collaboratively and wants to shape how mobile technology supports international business operations.
