About the Group:
Branch is in search of a Principal Product Operations Manager with a solid track record of establishing scalable processes and nurturing high-performing teams within a SaaS environment.
This key position, reporting directly to the VP of Product, will oversee all product operations, driving excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in fostering collaboration across product, data, engineering, and customer-facing teams through effective cross-functional partnerships.
As a leader in this role, you will spearhead cross-functional initiatives, designing and optimizing the entire product development lifecycle. You will leverage AI-driven tools and workflow automation to enhance delivery speed, eliminate bottlenecks, and extract actionable insights from data. This includes integrating AI into synthesizing customer feedback, monitoring roadmap health, and empowering teams to make informed decisions swiftly.
