Role overview
The Principal Program Manager, based in Bellevue, WA, leads the planning and execution of core AdTech product initiatives. This position acts as a bridge between Engineering, Product, Frontend, Business Development, and external partners. The focus is on launching and scaling ad serving infrastructure, agent-driven workflows, reporting tools, and fraud prevention systems. Managing complex technical programs and turning ambitious product ideas into concrete, actionable plans are central to this role. The work involves handling dependencies, addressing risks, and driving collaboration across teams for ProRata.ai’s AI-powered advertising platform.
What you will do
- Direct program planning and delivery for major AdTech projects, including ad serving, agentic backend workflows, campaign and creative management, scalable reporting, and fraud detection.
- Collaborate with the Principal Software Engineering Manager and engineering teams to shape technical roadmaps, break down epics into milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
- Work with frontend, Product, and Business Development teams to define requirements for campaign management, creative optimization, and features supporting advertisers and publishers.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve blockers by coordinating with Engineering, Product, Design, and external partners such as publishers, SSPs, and DSPs.
- Create and maintain clear program documentation, including roadmaps, timelines, status updates, RACI matrices, and success metrics to keep leadership and stakeholders informed.
- Oversee launch readiness and post-launch activities, such as go-to-market planning, partner integration, performance monitoring, and ongoing improvements.
- Lead effective working sessions, set priorities, and keep all teams aligned throughout the program lifecycle.
