Position: Prism Consultant
As a Prism Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our analytics team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing dashboards and reports using Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Report Writer. Your collaboration with business stakeholders will be key to understanding and analyzing reporting requirements, translating these into scalable, data-driven solutions. You will also utilize external BI tools for advanced data visualization and modeling, partner with cross-functional teams to define and maintain key performance metrics, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all reporting outputs.
In this role, you will champion self-service analytics by training end-users and enabling them to access valuable insights.
