We are on the lookout for a meticulous Privacy Analyst to join our legal team, supporting our mission of enhancing education through cutting-edge technology. Reporting directly to our privacy counsel, you will play a crucial role in helping us uphold the highest standards of data protection while navigating the complex privacy landscape of educational technology.
Your Responsibilities as a Privacy Analyst:
Privacy Program Support- Assist in developing and maintaining privacy policies, procedures, and standards.
- Support the execution of privacy impact assessments (PIAs), data privacy impact assessments (DPIAs), and data mapping initiatives.
- Help maintain records of processing activities and data inventories.
- Monitor and track privacy-related regulatory updates and industry best practices.
- Assist in vendor privacy assessments and due diligence reviews.
- Help track compliance with artificial intelligence system governance requirements.
- Review data subject rights requests (access, deletion, correction, etc.).
- Support privacy incident response and breach notification processes.
- Administer privacy management platforms.
- Track and manage privacy review queues and service level agreements.
