Role Overview:

As a Physical Therapy Technician, you'll play a vital role in enhancing patient care under the guidance of licensed Physical and Occupational Therapists. This position requires a commitment to upholding state regulations and company protocols while delivering exceptional service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient use.
Assist patients in performing prescribed exercises and document their responses to treatment.
Administer basic treatments, such as applying ice and heat as directed.
Maintain cleanliness of therapy areas and equipment, including laundering linens.
Handle administrative duties, including patient intake, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls.
Carry out additional duties as necessary to support clinic operations.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
Exceptional organizational abilities and multitasking capabilities.
Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new software.
