3-5 years of experience supporting senior leaders in an executive assistant, administrative, or operations role. Proven ability to remain organized and responsive in a hybrid working environment. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively. High attention to detail coupled with foresight and the ability to connect the dots. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfortable adopting new tools and collaboration platforms.

Your role will involve delivering exceptional daily assistance while gaining insight into business priorities, leadership rhythms, and organizational dynamics. The ability to exercise sound judgment, showcase meticulous attention to detail, and anticipate needs in a fast-paced, collaborative setting is crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, skillfully balancing in-person and virtual commitments across various time zones.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics, ensuring leaders are thoroughly prepared for both on-site and remote engagements.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups to maintain productive meetings aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Handle expense reporting, document management, and other administrative tasks with precision and confidentiality.

Strategic Enablement

  • Proactively identify needs, potential conflicts, and recommend solutions.
  • Track important commitments, deadlines, and action items to ensure consistent follow-through.
  • Create concise summaries, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership meetings and external engagements.
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives, collaborating effectively across hybrid teams.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Draft and edit communications on behalf of the CEO as needed.
  • Establish strong working relationships with senior leaders and teams throughout the organization.
  • Represent the CEO and Logic20/20 with clarity and integrity.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-trust culture that aligns with Logic20/20’s values.
