Role Overview: Process Architecture Manager
The Process Architecture Manager will drive operational excellence within the Finance team. This position focuses on designing processes and building a scalable framework to support the global FinOps strategy. The manager will work closely with Finance leadership to spot inefficiencies and promote continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
- Work with senior Finance leaders in areas like Accounts Payable, Treasury, Tax, and Accounting to identify operational challenges and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- Create and roll out standards, methodologies, and toolkits to support consistent process improvement.
- Oversee the design of complex, cross-functional workflows that help financial operations scale.
- Define and track key operational KPIs, highlight areas for improvement, and ensure teams follow through on enhancements.
- Lead change management efforts for process re-engineering, supporting global teams as they adopt new workflows.
