Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related Chemical discipline. A minimum of 1 year of experience in fluid systems manufacturing, controls and automation, or programming is required (internship and extracurricular experiences are valid). Proficiency in PLC programming, SCADA development, and knowledge of safety standards such as SIL, ATEX, and EPA regulations will be advantageous.
