High School Diploma or G. E. D. is required. Applicants must be at least 21 years old as per state law. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing and packaging is preferred, with a focus on product safety and quality. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. A robust work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning. Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods, such as trimming plants and weighing products.

Join our dedicated team at PharmaCann as a Processing Technician, where you will play a vital role in cannabis harvesting, drying, trimming, and packaging operations at our state-of-the-art cultivation and processing center. As a Processing Technician, you will ensure that our cannabis materials are handled safely and efficiently, contributing to the production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the best practices for harvesting, drying, and curing cannabis.
  • Collaborate with the Processing team on tasks including harvesting, drying, trimming, weighing, and packaging of PharmaCann’s diverse medical cannabis product range.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all production areas to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for documenting daily activities accurately.
  • Implement control measures to prevent the mixing of batches and ensure accurate weights.
  • Conduct in-process and post-process quality assurance tests, performing visual inspections to guarantee products meet or exceed PharmaCann’s quality standards.
  • Develop knowledge of cannabis plant components and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in additional tasks as assigned, ensuring a safe working environment while adhering to all industry regulations.
  • Efficiently execute all harvesting, drying, trimming, weighing, and packaging operations, complying with GMPs, OSHA regulations, and PharmaCann SOPs.
  • Ensure total compliance and accuracy in product tracking, security, and movement procedures.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels of processing supplies.
