A leading global professional services firm is actively seeking a skilled Procurement Contracts Manager to enhance its comprehensive procurement operations across the organization. The successful candidate will take charge of drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing procurement-related contracts across various jurisdictions while fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role demands a solid grasp of contract law, outstanding organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities to excel in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, redline, draft, and negotiate procurement contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and order forms, ensuring precision and adherence to internal guidelines and compliance standards.
- Oversee and maintain the centralized contract repository, monitoring renewals, deliverables, deadlines, and approval workflows.
- Facilitate internal reviews, due diligence, and approvals in collaboration with teams such as Information Security, Risk, Privacy, Finance, and Procurement.
- Serve as the main contact for vendor negotiations and manage the complete contract execution process.
- Support the entire contract lifecycle by working closely with legal, finance, risk, and procurement operations teams.
- Advise internal stakeholders on contract processes, obligations, and policy requirements.
- Prepare contract summaries, reporting metrics, and risk assessments for leadership review.
- Contribute to the improvement of standard templates, clauses, workflows, and operational policies.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and documentation standards.
- Assist in resolving issues and escalating complex contract matters as necessary.
- Stay updated on legal, regulatory, and industry developments affecting procurement and contracting practices.
Required Proficiencies
- Practical experience with contract lifecycle management tools and e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, CLM systems).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging with legal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently in a high-volume environment.
- Discretion in managing confidential information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related discipline.
- Paralegal certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in contract management.
