Role Overview:
As our Product Analytics Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Product Analytics and will be instrumental in linking intricate data with strategic product decisions. Your expertise will drive analysis on millions of transactions across our global clientele while guiding and mentoring a dedicated team of analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of analysts, ensuring they receive the necessary support and clarity to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Insight Generation: Delve into user behaviors, funnels, and ecosystems to uncover significant opportunities for specific customer segments.
- KPI Development: Create and uphold comprehensive KPI frameworks to enhance visibility into domain performance and trends.
- Metric Definition: Establish key metrics that reflect product success and monitor health while identifying growth opportunities through quantitative analysis.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior stakeholders to transform data insights into actionable strategies.
- Process Automation: Spearhead initiatives to automate data management and reporting processes in collaboration with Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams.
- Experimentation Leadership: Advocate for a hypothesis-driven methodology, overseeing A/B testing and funnel optimization efforts.
