Qualifications
What You’ll Do:Implement Product Assurance processes across various projects or subsystems, including:Defining and cascading PA requirements based on customer and project specifications. Support compliance verification activities while documenting and justifying deviations as necessary. Assist in the creation and upkeep of Project PA Plans, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle. Engage in reviews, audits, and technical meetings, providing PA input as required. Manage non-conformities with internal teams and suppliers, ensuring adequate documentation and visibility. Help prepare, review, and maintain project quality documentation. Support reliability, dependability, and safety analysis activities under the guidance of senior PA staff. Contribute to supplier quality oversight, including documentation reviews and participation in supplier meetings. Assist with hardware qualification, component selection, and technology validation activities. Support risk management processes and contribute to mitigation planning. Capture and promote lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
