Our Team
Our Gaming division comprises a diverse team of experts in hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core gaming. The 'Core' games team collaborates with both internal and external studios globally to create, develop, and launch new blockbuster titles, while the 'Live' games team is devoted to enhancing user engagement with our successful existing games. The Core Central Team is committed to providing hands-on support and mentorship to all Voodoo studios focused on crafting innovative casual and mid-core games, including any hybrid variations.
Your Role
We are on the lookout for a passionate Game Data Analyst who thrives on data-driven decision-making and is adept at transforming raw data into actionable business insights. In this pivotal role, you will significantly influence our business strategies and have the unique opportunity to impact hundreds of millions of users through your insights and recommendations.
Delivering valuable insights and strategic recommendations to shape game features, economies, and future development roadmaps.
Designing A/B tests and benchmarking best practices from competitor games.
Managing the tracking design and QA processes to ensure accurate data collection.
Creating dashboards and analyses that provide actionable insights into key product and monetization metrics.
Establishing and maintaining robust data pipelines.
Conducting in-depth product playtests to refine gameplay mechanics and enhance user experience.
Your Profile
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Scientist in a fast-paced environment, with proven expertise in building production-ready data pipelines.
Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative disciplines.
Proficient in SQL with a strong ability to query large, complex datasets.
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
