Role overview
The Product Deployment & Operations Specialist plays a hands-on role in rolling out Phoebe’s product to real-world customer settings. This position involves building and refining the operational processes that allow Phoebe to scale, while working closely with agency owners, administrators, and operators to ensure the product becomes an essential part of their routines.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the entire deployment process for new customers, from initial kickoff through launch and activation.
- Lead onboarding sessions, set clear agendas, follow up regularly, and define actionable next steps for each customer.
- Work alongside agency teams to understand their scheduling workflows, communication patterns, systems, and challenges.
- Train agency staff, including owners, administrators, schedulers, and operators, to integrate Phoebe into daily operations.
- Promote active use of Phoebe, guiding customers as they apply it to real operational tasks.
- Track deployment progress, identify obstacles, assess risks, and interpret adoption signals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Support) to address customer issues.
- Collect and share recurring customer feedback to help improve the product, internal processes, documentation, and best practices.
- Analyze customer data and usage trends to spot risks and prioritize support efforts.
- Seek ways to automate, standardize, and enhance the deployment process.
