Qualifications

Ability to leverage data and research to validate design choices, translating guest analytics and restaurant feedback into a structured user journey. Expertise in delivering high-quality, polished design artifacts that navigate complex restaurant requirements, while actively engaging with the Toast design system to ensure scalability and technical soundness. Strong collaboration skills to act as a reliable partner to Product and Engineering teams, making your work visible early and often, and using storytelling techniques to ensure alignment and feasibility. Advocate for the customer's voice in every discussion, simplifying complicated workflows, such as online ordering or loyalty programs, into intuitive and delightful experiences that embody true hospitality. Contribute to team growth by participating in design critiques, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture where feedback is valued.
