Quite impressive, right?To fulfill our mission, we seek proactive individuals with a hands-on approach who are excited about shaping the future of entertainment!Are you ready to join the journey?Global Tax Credits and Incentives SeniorThe Global Tax Credits & Incentives Lead will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and executing tax credit, incentive, and grant opportunities across all markets where Fever operates. This position will ensure Fever efficiently and compliantly utilizes available regimes (such as R&D credits, entertainment incentives, employment incentives, investment incentives, and innovation regimes) in a scalable manner.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities proactively in existing and new markets, assess potential benefits, and prioritize them based on impact and feasibility.Maintain a comprehensive global inventory of relevant tax credits, incentives, grants, and relief regimes (including R&D, innovation, IP, investment, employment, and regional incentives).Lead the full lifecycle of tax credit and incentive projects (including scoping, eligibility analysis, data collection, documentation, and submissions).Collaborate with Finance and FP&A to incorporate incentives into business cases, budgets, and forecasts.Work closely with local Finance, HR, and operational teams to ensure ongoing compliance with incentive requirements (substance, documentation, KPIs).Stay updated on global changes in tax credit and incentive regimes and evaluate their impact on Fever.
