Join our dynamic product design team as a Product Designer UI, where you will play a crucial role in the continuous evolution of our core products. You will be involved in enhancing both functional structures and visual systems, ensuring that our complex technical frameworks are cohesive, clear, and visually captivating.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Interface & Interaction Design: Spearhead the complete design process for Flowith's core offerings. Ensure that advanced AI features are user-friendly, maintaining clarity in structure, hierarchy, and feedback mechanisms while delivering a fluid user experience.
- Design System Architecture & Maintenance: Lead the development and refinement of our product design system, including component libraries, interaction patterns, and visual standards, to ensure scalability and consistency throughout product iterations.
- Product Visual Style Exploration: Collaboratively explore and establish a unique AI-native visual language, creating a distinctive brand identity that balances cutting-edge aesthetics with readability, thereby enhancing the overall quality and texture of our products.
Requirements
- Strong Design Fundamentals & Aesthetic Acumen: Proficient in Figma and other leading design tools; possess a keen eye for typography, color, proportion, and rhythm, with the ability to balance rational structure and emotional appeal.
- Product Visual & System Thinking: Demonstrated experience in comprehensive product design, from information architecture to high-fidelity interface execution. Familiarity with building or maintaining design systems is highly desirable.
- AI Product Insight & Vibe Coding Capability: Experience designing productivity tools or AI platforms is advantageous. Ability to employ vibe coding for rapid prototyping and translating conceptual designs into production-ready formats.
- Basic Motion Design Skills (Bonus): Capability to incorporate motion design to enhance product hierarchy and provide intuitive interaction feedback.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams; maintain design excellence and sound judgment in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
