BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.3+ years of experience in product development or engineering, preferably in the aerospace or renewable energy sectors. Proven track record of managing product lifecycle from concept through launch. Experience with market research, data analysis, and beta testing methodologies. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to coordinate across multiple teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

SOLAR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

In this multifaceted role, you will engage in a wide array of technical domains to drive the design, production, and launch of Starlink products. Projects may include launching new Starlink kits, establishing innovative production lines, and leading large-scale insourcing initiatives. This position provides a unique opportunity to gain insights into the program's high-level operations and the product launch processes.
