As the Product Development Manager at ConductorOne, you will spearhead dynamic engineering teams with a strong sense of ownership, responsible for designing and delivering features that propel our product's success. You will ensure high standards of execution, quality, and timely delivery, guiding teams through every stage of development to create engaging customer experiences that drive business growth. Your leadership will be key in nurturing exceptional engineering talent, cultivating a culture of autonomy and accountability, and providing your teams with the clarity and support necessary to operate efficiently and confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee small, empowered engineering teams tasked with developing and deploying product features that exceed customer expectations.
Drive the product development lifecycle from conception to launch, guaranteeing timely delivery of high-quality, impactful features.
Work closely with Product and Design teams to set clear objectives, manage trade-offs, and ensure smooth user experiences.
Encourage engineers to take complete ownership of their projects—from design to operation—while fostering a culture of accountability and craftsmanship.
Lead hiring and team development efforts to expand ConductorOne’s product development capabilities for sustainable success.
Shape team structures as the organization evolves, ensuring clear responsibilities and effective collaboration.
Implement streamlined, efficient processes that promote rapid iteration while upholding product quality and reliability.
Mentor engineers and technical leads, guiding their development as influential technical leaders and innovative product thinkers.
