The Role
We are seeking our inaugural Product Engineer who will serve as a vital link between cutting-edge AI research and the practical tools that researchers need. In this role, you will design and develop user-friendly interfaces and robust infrastructure that simplify and enhance RL environment curation.
As a passionate builder with an eye for detail, you may have experience launching side projects that resolve real-world challenges or transforming ambitious concepts into functional software. You understand the nuances of user experience, ensuring that your products are not only functional but also enjoyable to use. You can quickly transition from concept to prototype and recognize when it's essential to polish a project for production.
Collaborating closely with our team, you will create a platform that empowers environment engineers to construct, test, and deploy training environments for AI agents. This role extends beyond infrastructure; it involves creating seamless experiences that simplify complex workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Develop intuitive dashboards for environment engineers to upload, manage, and monitor their RL environments.
Create visualization tools that present complex metrics—such as environment quality, difficulty levels, and training progress—clearly and effectively.
Build backend infrastructure to support scalable hosting and evaluation of RL environments.
Design and implement APIs that allow researchers to interact programmatically with the platform.
Collaborate with our research team to ensure alignment between product development and research needs.
