Required Qualifications:Education:BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. Experience:Over 10 years of experience in B2B product management. Proven experience in Product Management within a high-growth startup environment. Ability to excel in managing multiple workstreams simultaneously under tight deadlines. Experience in delivering SaaS products. A strong passion for delivering high-quality products that ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications:Willingness and capability to travel and meet with key stakeholders quarterly. Familiarity with authorization, authentication, and identity concepts. Professional background in security and/or identity-focused companies. A demonstrated history of ambition, drive, and achievement.

About the Position

As the Product Leader for the Veza Platform, you will collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders and customers to shape, enhance, and implement the product vision for the Veza Platform. This platform is integral to the functionalities of Veza, focusing on Authentication, Graph, Access AI Agents, RBAC, Licensing, and other critical components that support all product areas.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize product requirements and enhancement requests from customers and the field, ensuring a continuously evolving roadmap that delivers a top-tier Veza Platform.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to develop project plans that track progress against the established roadmap.
  • Provide valuable content and demonstrations for Product and Field Marketing and Sales teams to facilitate the swift integration of new Veza Platform functionalities into their campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Act as a product evangelist, showcasing thought leadership through blogging, social media engagement, and speaking at industry events.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to inform Veza Platform planning, enabling both immediate differentiation and the establishment of a long-term competitive advantage.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to evaluate and enhance customer adoption of Veza Platform features and improvements.
