About the job

The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) System Analyst at Arc'teryx Equipment Inc. is based at the corporate office in North Vancouver, BC. This position sits within the Product Lifecycle Management Technology Team and plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the Centric PLM system. Collaboration is central, with regular partnership alongside Centric Developers, as well as the Merchant, Design, and Product Creation teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and define requirements for Centric configuration projects by conducting in-depth analysis and communicating clearly with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Examine business processes to ensure integrations with the PLM system are documented and optimized for efficiency.
  • Set up, test, and roll out new PLM solutions to meet evolving business needs.
  • Oversee process changes and provide ongoing support to users as they work with the PLM system.

Collaboration and Team Structure

This role is part of the Merchandising and Product Lifecycle Technology team, which operates within the wider Technology department. The team is responsible for the enterprise-wide Centric PLM system, a foundational tool for Design, Product Development, and Merchant teams at Arc'teryx.

Work in this role involves close coordination with both internal colleagues and external partners to maintain the reliability, security, and stability of the PLM ecosystem. The team also introduces new systems and interfaces that help connect people and processes, supporting better collaboration across the company.
