At Lio, you're not just contributing to product development; you're actively shaping it. As a Product Management Intern, you'll collaborate at the nexus of Product, Customers, and Internal Operations, taking genuine ownership in a dynamic AI-driven company.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your tasks will include:

  • Collaborating closely with the product team on feature discovery, conducting user research, and strategizing go-to-market plans for new features.

  • Managing release communications by converting engineering updates into clear changelogs, release notes, and updates for customers.

  • Facilitating customer onboarding and enhancing product adoption by identifying obstacles and enhancing usage.

  • Creating internal automations (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier) to connect tools like Linear, GitHub, Slack, Intercom, Notion, and PostHog.

  • Analyzing product usage data, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and constructing dashboards to inform product decisions.

  • Participating in customer calls, gathering feedback, and translating insights into actionable product enhancements.

  • Identifying user experience friction, proposing solutions, and assisting in prototyping and implementing improvements.
