Key Responsibilities
In this role, your tasks will include:
Collaborating closely with the product team on feature discovery, conducting user research, and strategizing go-to-market plans for new features.
Managing release communications by converting engineering updates into clear changelogs, release notes, and updates for customers.
Facilitating customer onboarding and enhancing product adoption by identifying obstacles and enhancing usage.
Creating internal automations (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier) to connect tools like Linear, GitHub, Slack, Intercom, Notion, and PostHog.
Analyzing product usage data, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and constructing dashboards to inform product decisions.
Participating in customer calls, gathering feedback, and translating insights into actionable product enhancements.
Identifying user experience friction, proposing solutions, and assisting in prototyping and implementing improvements.

You will be an excellent fit for this position if you:
Possess a background in engineering, business informatics, management & technology, or business with a strong passion for technology.
Have previously built something (e.g., automation, dashboard, side project) and enjoy hands-on problem-solving.
Are able to think analytically and can turn data and feedback into clear recommendations.
Thrive in fast-paced environments without predefined procedures.
Communicate effectively across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
Hold strong opinions on what constitutes an intuitive and impactful product.
