5-7+ years of experience in product management, particularly with complex technical products. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in customer service. Proven experience in engaging with customers at various organizational levels, demonstrating technical solutions, and addressing challenges. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Fluency in Italian is required, along with strong communication skills in English.

Your Role

  • Lead the Development of AI Agents: In your role as the Product Manager for Agent Development, you will collaborate closely with engineers and clients to design and launch AI agents capable of managing thousands of customer interactions each day.

  • Customer Engagement: You will interface with various levels of our clients’ organizations, performing tasks such as:

    • Identifying and analyzing their specific needs.

    • Preparing and conducting engaging demonstrations of Sierra’s AI solutions.

    • Resolving technical challenges by working in tandem with technical stakeholders.

    • Enhancing Sierra’s virtual agents to meet and anticipate evolving customer demands and workflows.

    • Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to influence strategic technical initiatives for our clients.

  • Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with Sierra’s engineering and product teams to define and implement innovative features that are crucial to the success of our clients.
