ResponsibilitiesFormulate and implement a product strategy aimed at maximizing revenue growth across our product offerings. Lead monetization initiatives, including pricing & packaging, free-to-paid conversions, and consumption-based billing. Examine product metrics and user feedback to uncover monetization opportunities and enhance performance. Work in collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams to execute high-impact growth initiatives. Conduct user research to gain insights into customer needs and challenges. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth initiatives. Achieve a balance between rapid iteration and our dedication to AI safety and ethics. Qualifications6+ years of product management experience, primarily in growth-oriented roles. Proven experience in driving growth for large-scale subscription services. Direct experience with monetization strategies, including pricing, packaging, paid conversions, or upgrade funnels. Strong analytical abilities, with experience in A/B testing and funnel optimization. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Genuine passion for AI technology and its societal impacts. Technical background or strong collaboration skills with engineering teams. Founding experience is a plus.
