The Opportunity

With over a billion notarizations taking place annually in the United States, the traditional methods of scheduling signings, locating notaries, and managing exceptions have become a convoluted mix of phone calls and manual efforts. Snapdocs is at the forefront of revolutionizing these processes through automation and digitization.

Notary Connect is our premier scheduling and notary management platform that bridges title companies, signing services, lenders, and businesses with an extensive network of notaries nationwide. We are currently undergoing a significant expansion, enhancing our offerings to include fully digital notarizations and developing AI-first automation to fundamentally reshape our product. This Product Manager role is crucial for us to seize this opportunity.

The Role

As a key product owner for Notary Connect, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Product Management and a cross-functional team that includes engineering, design, operations, customer success, and go-to-market functions. Our Product Managers operate akin to general managers, actively engaging with clients and internal teams to drive strategic initiatives and create products that yield significant, measurable results. You will be responsible for a substantial segment of our roadmap, with performance metrics focused on actual business outcomes rather than just feature releases.
