About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Product Manager to act as the vital link between the product and the market at Integrate.
This role is inherently customer-facing. You will be the primary point of contact for understanding customer experiences on a daily basis, collecting both qualitative and quantitative insights, addressing in-depth product inquiries, conducting research interviews, and translating your findings into clear guidance for the product team.
You will not function as a customer success manager, but will naturally engage closely with customers. Thriving in this aspect of the job is essential: engaging in calls, conducting research, recognizing patterns, asking follow-up questions, processing diverse feedback, and discerning valuable insights from noise. Your objective is to grasp customer needs, interpret market signals, and help shape the product's future direction.
Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and broader software trends. We are looking for someone who proactively explores what other products are doing, competitors, adjacent tools, and software from entirely different categories, bringing forth sharp observations, useful patterns, and innovative ideas that could propel Integrate forward.
You will report directly to the VP of Product and collaborate closely with the Senior Product Manager, who oversees larger, multi-track initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of smaller product tasks, feature enhancements, bug triage, agile experiments, custom functionalities, and customer-informed improvements.
