Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field. Professional Experience: At least 3 years in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a similar role, preferably within healthcare, imaging, robotics, or related high-tech sectors. Clinical Insight: Familiarity with Image Guided Surgery is a significant advantage. Strategic Aptitude: Strong entrepreneurial mindset with expertise in scope management, business opportunity evaluation, prioritization, and defining specifications that align clinical and technical requirements. Analytical Skills: Ability to distill complex contexts and solutions into clear, actionable visions and strategies. Organizational Skills: Proven capability to manage complex operational processes effectively.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to play a pivotal role in the development, launch, and lifecycle management of Loop-X. In this key position, you'll oversee the entire product lifecycle, prioritize strategic initiatives, and build strong partnerships with clinical teams. Your responsibilities will encompass evaluating business opportunities across various clinical applications, collaborating with R&D, supporting market strategy, and ensuring the product's successful evolution from development to market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Lifecycle Management: Oversee the success of the product through all phases of its lifecycle, driving enhancements to maintain relevance and competitiveness.
  • Customer-Focused Enhancements: Actively collect and analyze feedback from customers, service teams, and market data to implement product improvements that address real-world needs.
  • Strategic Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute impactful marketing strategies to enhance the visibility, adoption, and market positioning of Loop-X, ensuring long-term growth and brand presence.
  • Sales Support & Training: Provide the sales team with essential tools, training, and resources to effectively promote and sell Loop-X, thereby driving product adoption and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Service Coordination: Collaborate closely with our support teams to streamline service processes, enhancing customer satisfaction and delivering consistent, high-quality service.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with internal teams to provide integrated solutions and support that contribute to the market success of Loop-X.
