Collaborate with engineering to design and implement platform integrations (Shopify, direct API, and emerging channels). Establish success metrics for merchant health (time to first sale, NRR, merchant NPS) and implement tracking systems to monitor them. Navigate the intersection of payments infrastructure and compliance requirements, translating regulatory constraints into actionable product decisions. Foster cross-functional alignment across sales, customer support, and engineering to ensure successful merchant launches and ongoing partner success.
