About the Role

As a Product Manager for Seller Tools, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our ecosystem of tools, ensuring they are user-centric and technically robust. Your strong product management skills (including discovery, prioritization, roadmap development, and UX focus) will be complemented by your technical knowledge (services, APIs, architecture, data) to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. You will serve as the essential link between commercial operations, end-users, and engineering, creating tools that enhance partner autonomy, streamline workflows, optimize execution, and unlock new opportunities through data and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Seller Tools from discovery to execution and adoption.
  • Lead discovery initiatives to pinpoint user pain points, market opportunities, and workflow enhancements.
  • Craft product roadmaps that align with both business goals and technical architecture.
  • Collaborate extensively with engineering and architecture teams, gaining insights into APIs, data flows, and service dependencies to inform product decisions.
  • Balance the need for immediate feature delivery with considerations for long-term scalability and system health.
  • Translate operational and market requirements into clear, actionable, and technically feasible specifications.
  • Work alongside Design to guarantee intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
  • Establish success metrics for features, track adoption rates, and iterate accordingly based on feedback.
