Qualifications
Lead Product Development: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle for a next-generation fixed-wing UAV platform, ensuring timely delivery under stringent operational demands. Stakeholder Engagement: Collect, validate, and structure capability requirements through direct collaboration with military users and other operational stakeholders, translating them into a prioritized product backlog with clear acceptance criteria. Feasibility and Planning: Drive the definition of system requirements, conduct feasibility analyses, design MVP architecture, and plan for future platform iterations considering various target markets. Cross-Office Collaboration: Actively engage with teams from European offices to ensure alignment on requirements, decisions, and the overarching product roadmap. Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, embedded, software, testing) to set priorities and resolve cross-functional dependencies. Backlog Management: Ensure effective backlog ownership in Jira, continuously refining it based on real-world user feedback and technical constraints. Product Roadmap Definition: Define the product roadmap, track implementation progress, and validate deliverables against technical and operational criteria. System Integration: Coordinate system integration, support ground and flight testing, and facilitate rapid R&D cycles with end users, ensuring comprehensive documentation. Decision-Making Authority: Serve as the central point for product-related decisions, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision of the company.

This is a full-time office-based position. Candidates must be located in Kyiv.
