The analyst engages with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, and Delivery to ensure that metrics, tools, analytics, and agile methodologies scale effectively. This collaboration empowers informed decision-making throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Metrics & Insights

Gather, analyze, and interpret delivery metrics to monitor performance, outcomes, and trends across product teams.
Offer insights and recommendations to enhance delivery predictability, transparency, and operational decision-making.
Generate analytics on release performance, throughput, flow efficiency, capacity, and agile health.

Automation & Reporting Enablement

Automate manual reporting, document generation, and release communications leveraging AI, Jira APIs, and Power BI.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports for teams, Product Owners, and leadership.
Ensure that reporting and analytics adhere to internal governance, audit, and external standards.

Jira Administration & Agile Support

Manage core Jira administration, including user permissions, project configuration, issue types, workflows, fields, and automation.
Configure and optimize Scrum and Kanban boards utilizing JQL, filters, swimlanes, columns, and quick filters.
Facilitate consistent agile practices across teams, covering backlog structure, sprint setup, estimation, and Kanban flow.

Tooling, AI & Platform Governance

Assess and implement Atlassian Marketplace applications and AI-enhanced capabilities (e.g., Smart JQL, AI-assisted issue creation, Rovo agents).
Support tooling integrations, migrations, and upgrades.
Establish and uphold standards for Jira configuration, documentation, and platform health.
Monitor Jira performance, scalability, and reliability within enterprise environments.
