Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing & Packaging Strategy: Conduct market analysis and user segmentation to design and refine Flowith's global subscription tiers, optimizing for ideal conversion rates and Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).
- Conversion Funnel Optimization: Analyze the Free-to-Paid transition and implement strategic product interventions (such as intelligent paywall triggers and onboarding upsells) to enhance conversion rates.
- Monetization Campaigns: Strategically plan and execute promotional events and retention initiatives (e.g., Black Friday, Back-to-School) to drive revenue and cultivate long-term customer loyalty.
- Global Billing Experience: Oversee and improve payment success rates across various regions while addressing complex billing and subscription challenges.
- Revenue Tracking & Reporting: Create and manage dashboards for essential monetization metrics (MRR/ARR, Conversion Rates) to deliver insightful business reviews and forecasts.

- 商业化活动策划: 针对不同节点(如黑五、开学季)或特定高价值用户群,策划促销与留存活动,提升整体营收与长期留存。
- 全球支付体验优化: 监控并优化不同国家/地区的支付成功率,跟进解决计费异常、退款及订阅相关的复杂客诉。
- 营收目标追踪: 搭建商业化核心指标看板(MRR/ARR、转化率等),定期输出高质量的商业复盘、市场动作诊断与收益预测报告。
