What success looks like:Effectively manage and respond to client inquiries and escalations from start to finish, utilizing tools such as JIRA and Salesforce to track, prioritize, and resolve issues promptly. Analyze product usage data and convert findings into actionable insights for customers. Leverage JIRA for tracking, analyzing, and monitoring bug reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize resolutions. Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to suggest best practices and solutions utilizing proprietary technology. Automate repetitive investigations or reporting processes using scripting, preferably Python. Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance log analysis, summarize findings, validate patterns, and elevate documentation quality. Deepen your product knowledge by proactively identifying customer use cases and translating them into strategic recommendations aligned with business objectives. Who You Are and What You’ve Done:Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate product data flows, validate customer-reported issues, and distinguish between configuration errors and system defects. Have excellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities along with a systematic approach to root cause analysis. Experience with JIRA for managing customer escalations and defect tracking. Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript or Python is preferred. Show a keen interest in product analytics and understanding the connection between user behavior and business impact. Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Demonstrate curiosity and a desire to learn new technologies, especially in AI-driven analytics and automation tools.
