Manufacturing Production Team

This team manages key steps in the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include operating machinery, assembling products, performing quality control checks, managing material inventory, and maintaining a safe, efficient workplace.

Role Overview: Production Associate, Drones

The Production Associate supports the Drones team in Santa Ana. The role centers on inventory management, coordinating material flow, and assisting with production to ensure materials and supplies are available when needed. Flexibility and a sense of ownership are important, as the work may shift based on production demands. The role often involves solving operational challenges and restocking parts on the production floor as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep parts stocked and accessible across the production floor.
  • Identify, pull, pack, crate, label, load, and secure products for movement or shipment.
  • Retrieve orders from inventory and deliver materials and supplies to the appropriate locations.
  • Conduct cycle counts and maintain high inventory accuracy.
  • Label and record inventory locations, report shortages, and ensure materials stay in stock.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move items, or signal operators for material movement on and off trucks and loading docks.
  • Transport inventory as needed between Anduril’s sites in Irvine, Santa Ana, and Costa Mesa.
  • Support the flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments according to production and shipping schedules.
