About the Opportunity – Production Lead for First Shift
Work Hours: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM, with overtime as required.
Role Overview
As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for operating specialized equipment involved in basic manufacturing activities. Your role includes working in a clean room environment to assemble multiple medical devices while adhering to the Manufacturing Process (MP) and implementing lean manufacturing principles to achieve daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate various equipment, including ovens, UV curing stations, and soldering irons.
- Identify and resolve issues as they arise.
- Analyze common process problems and propose effective solutions.
- Work independently to meet production goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality outputs.
